ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

  • The Twin Rivers School Police Association protects those who protect our future and is a professional employee organization that represents sworn Police Officers, non sworn Public Safety Dispatchers and non sworn support personnel in labor negotiations, wages and benefits, working conditions, legal issues and other matters.
  • We encourage activities to improve the morale and welfare of our members, promote professionalism and advancement within the law enforcement profession and promote charitable and benevolent purposes.
  • The Association was established in the Fall of 2005. In July of 2008, the Grant Police Officers Association became the Twin Rivers Police Officers Association. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of 5 Executive Officers vested with the authority to conduct Association business and affairs.
  • All of our activites are authorized under our Articles of Incorporation or By Laws and under the California Corporations Code and Non Profit Mutual Benefit Law, the California Government Code and IRS Code § 501(c)(5).
